Bicuspid semilunar valve is the most prevailing cardiac valvular malformation. it relates to a high rate of long-run morbidity together with development of hardening semilunar valve disorder, aortal regurgitation and concomitant pectoral aneurysm and dissection. Herein, we tend to review the pathobiology of bicuspid semilunar valve with a
special emphasis on travel aspects of those basic findings. Vital however
unresolved issues within the pathology of bicuspid semilunar valve and pectoral
aneurysm and dissection area unit mentioned, together with the molecular
processes concerned.
