Endoscopic biopsies of the membrane of the massive and tiny intestines will gift the diagnostician with intimidating challenges, particularly owing to the breadth of the medical diagnosis, which can embrace growth, ischemic, induced (notably medication related), autoimmune, idiopathic, and infectious entities. the aim of the current study was to develop a logical and systematic approach to the designation of membrane infections by distinguishing many morphologic compartments within the viscus membrane, and establishing a medical diagnosis for the organisms that ar related to every compartment. The organisms concerned is also known by their appearances in histological sections, or by the character of the host reaction to their presence. the method of consistently examining every compartment of the membrane and scanning for proof of infection is performed subconsciously by several pathologists, and that we have found this approach to be notably appreciated by pathologists in training.
